The staff seemed nice, but the allergy info was confusing. I usually assume places have a clear list or at least someone who knows what’s safe, but that wasn’t really the case here. They couldn’t confidently tell me what I could order, so I ended up just leaving without getting anything. I wish they had clearer allergy options or a better system for handling those questions

I looked up Duck Donuts before heading over because I didn’t want to waste a trip, and I’m glad I did. The hours, menu, and location info were all correct when I got there. Everything matched up, so there weren’t any annoying surprises at the store. It’s a simple site, but it gave me exactly what I needed, which is pretty much all I was looking for.

Well... the counters looked spotless, and I noticed the staff were wearing gloves, which definitely made me feel more comfortable and safe while I was there.
